When you request a chamber demonstration or apply for a company listing, we collect the business and contact information you provide, including organization details, names, email addresses, locations, directory links, and optional files such as a company logo.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review requests, communicate with applicants, prepare demonstrations, verify businesses, process approved listings, operate the map, and improve Orbit Relations. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Website analytics
We record limited first-party usage events, such as page visits, demo-form activity, and map interactions. These records help us understand which parts of Orbit Relations are useful. We do not store an advertising identifier, precise device location, or the contents of searches in these analytics records.
Public listings
Approved company information may appear publicly on the Orbit Relations map, including the company name, location, category, description, website, and logo. Contact names and business email addresses submitted for review are not displayed as part of a public listing.
Service providers and retention
Orbit Relations uses service providers to host the website, store application information, and deliver administrative email alerts. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or request removal of an approved listing, by emailing aives@orbitrelations.com.
Updates
We may update this policy as Orbit Relations changes. The effective date above shows when this version became current.
